Fingers crossed it won't be 31"x17". I flew YVR-HKG in them, and an extra inch or two of pitch would be much more bearable for the 13hr flight.
Other feedback on Y seats:
- take the IFE controls out of the arm rests
- make sure the "legs" of the seats are spaced equally so that all passengers can store their bags/feet under the chairs
- go black to cloth seats. the plastic is not breathable
