I booked flights to LAX 9 months out and they never opened up to UUA.
It might get better as the A380 fleet expands.

There are increasing options with Malaysian, Qatar, etc. enhanced knowledge, thanks to the likes of flyertalk, has seen more of us competing for the same few seats to UUA from WT+
I am not convinced that BA are releasing fewer seats.... I could be wrong.
Avios is still the only way I can travel in premium cabins realistically for leisure.
