Thanks, I was a little heated at the moment. I still never got a straight answer as to whether they used the certificates or not. I really had to prove my case for them to relent. I felt like a lawyer. I talk to 4 different people at guest services so my advice is to keep calling. You would think they would just give in and give me the extra 45k points.
