As far as LTE you have not considered that LTE is not un a universal basis anywhere that I know of and is scattered on many difference spectrum frequencies. This varies from country to country and even operator to operator as well. It's not like a pure GSM phone where you're likely to have compatibility with pretty much any system in the world. LTE is very varied.
