Since this thread's been resurrected, here's a thumbs up for the Conair Travel Smart (TS238AP). Not the cheapest at $21, but it's got a built-in surge protector, a universal wall plug, 3 universal 110/240 outlets, a single 1 amp USB outlet, plus it's not much bigger than the Belkin.
