You can't upgrade a TA ticket on ba.com.

You can ask about an airport upgrade (AUP) when you arrive, but they're not always offered. At LHR they seem unwilling to offer AUPs for more than one class so you're unlikely to get a CW price, but you may get an offer for WT+. Check the AUP thread for an indication of likely cost.
