Paid upgrades - only through agent?
Hello,
Trying to upgrade my flight from LHR to Johannesburg which is saturday online (paid upgrade).
But getting the message that I need to contact my travel agent. Now, is it possible to upgrade by calling BA instead? It's a corporate travel agent and we can't call them.
In addition do you think it would be better to try to upgrade at the airport when I get there at the concessions stand as they may have an offer on the day for world traveller plus or club world?
