You are right about FRA! It's big and can be confusing. I was flying through FRA just a couple of weeks ago and had no time for a lounge visit as it was such a long walk from gate to gate. AMS might be a good option. Pricing multi-city results in a higher price, by about $150-200.
I'm not in any rush to book as November is still a long time from today.
