I recently realized I haven't used my platinum requalification gift and am scrambling to find a destination for my second wedding anniversary where my points would get me the most bang for the buck, maybe category 5 or 6 and better chances of getting a suite upgrade.

Was originally looking for something over Memorial Day Weekend but due to short notice seems like flights are rather expensive so I am looking at June 13/14 and/or June 20/21. Probably end up going for anywhere between 5 and 10 days.

Requirements:
Somewhere relatively warm, 75+ degrees.
International: Flying out of Philadelphia, Newark, or JFK but could consider DC.
Flight Cost: Looking to spend $800-1200 each flight, but if another great destination is a little more, I would definitely consider.
Already been to Mexico and Jamaica

My wife and I both like going out partying but also like exploring/sightseeing, and relaxing so open to any and all options.

On the not as expensive end considering the W Vieques Hotels Puerto Rico but did not know if that is the best use of points, but the flight is great at around $400 to San Juan plus the flight to get to the island(150-200). On the high end, Dubai is around 1200 pp for the flight and are considering there but it's going to be very hot this time of year.

Other destinations we are considering:
Bali
Costa Rica
Barcelona
Morocco (but not good use of points, but maybe do Barcelona to Morocco and use gift in Barcelona ~$1400 flight but get to see two cities)
Hawaii (but read not good to use points there, lack of upgrade)
Monaco
San Sebastian (maybe do that and Barcelona on the same trip)
Panama

Would consider seeing two places if possible via euro train.
