Thumbs down Insane phone hold times for BA bookings
And now when you press 1 and then 1 again it hangs up on you! I have been trying for 3 days to call them after the lady booked me the wrong flight with Avios (3 hours on hold to get that lady on the phone)... lovely. Incredible.
