Two generators out. Pilots off the plane and told me the plane wasn't going anywhere. UA agents insist another 777 is sitting in the hanger and we'll be swapping planes. Really?

As I am typing, UA club agent annoinces that the ac is allegedly fixed but it is up to the pilots to determine whether they still want to fly the ac.

No estimated departure time announced.

Anyway to determine what is going on? Agents very reluctant to be proactive (6:10 LH) or provide info.
