I don't really understand the 'must have LTE' mentality - Yes, I have a device with it and have experienced the speed. HSPA is plenty fast enough. I seem to recall seeing 20MB on T-Mobile with my Nexus 4. Another 10MB on top of that for LTE is no big deal in my mind, and I certainly don't have the data allocation for it.

Some countries don't even have LTE yet, and as others mentioned, a country having LTE networks is different than prepaid SIMs getting access to said networks.

Finally, Moto G does not have LTE (I just checked again). There is a version with LTE coming, but it's current in pre-order status.
