Just after Plus/Go was introduced on NO DOM, I was paged at the gate, and asked whether I wanted that upgrade. I declined, and the GA said that he had suspected that I would. That was the reason he asked before doing it.

For me, that would be a significant downgrade: the free softdrinks and snacks are worth less than window emergency exit.
