As long as the complimentary Biscoffs and nuts/pretzels for all Y passengers aren't discontinued, it's all good. I just HOPE that's not next to be chopped…it's what makes DL unique among the 3 remaining legacies.
F passengers can buy a snack box or use a HOOU, although the FA will usually not collect the coupon.
I received a gate upgrade on a MIA/DTW 3:50 flight a couple weeks ago and asked if I could use the HOOU for a snack box and told her I wanted the one with the salami and cheese spread. She brought me back one of each snack box and waived off the HOOU.
I was on a red eye last week from LAS and asked to use a coupon from my Medallion pack (was on a purchased F class ticket) and the FA waived off the coupon.
