As far as PNRs, at various points, this trip has also had US Airways, Brussels, and Air Canada, but ended up just being UA and LH.
It ended up being 25 changes to the tickets, only 8 of which I initiated, the rest were on UA's end, trying to keep them all straight. The last change I made, I received 5 e ticket receipts within two minutes, each one with 6 ticket numbers (6 passengers) and all I did was change the return date. About three changes ago, they gave up trying to have the computer calculate the taxes and fees, they are now just input manually as one total!
