So can anyone top this one? I have had a reward booking for Europe since July of last year and it is no longer showing up correctly on United or Lufthansa website. Call up United to try to get access to it online and they advise that they have never seen a reservation with so many ticket numbers. Turns out between the number of people on the reservation, the number of changes I have made to it, and the number of times that United has messed up the changes, we have 150 ticket numbers on the booking, the last 6 of which are actually the current ones. UA supervisor spoke to Lufthansa (all the remaining flights are theirs) and apparently their computers don't work so well with that many ticket numbers, shows on their website as an expired reservation, but on their system as still valid with the correct ticket numbers. Not sure that I was getting the straight goods from UA, I also called Lufthansa and they did indeed pull it up, assigned me seats over the phone and forwarded me their own confirmation with matching ticket numbers.
So, anybody want to see if they can beat 150 tickets on one confirmation!
