Good idea for those who don't like queuing
A new walkway is now available for customers as an alternative to taking the track transit train between London Heathrow Terminal 5 main building, and B and C gates.

It has been designed with moving walkways and easy escalator/lift access to enable customers to move between the buildings at a comparable time to taking the train. This introduction is a result of customer feedback to ease congestion during peak periods, particularly for early morning arrivals.

Further enhancements including additional lifts and a new track transit platform in Terminal 5 C as well as an additional train carriage are all being introduced to further enhance movements between the Terminal 5 buildings over the next few months.
