Unfortunately it is not documented.
Still awaits IHG to finalise its Platinum offering. I am hoping on 1st July we may have a complete list of platinum benefits by region, once they announce the IC hotels earning structure change to 1pts/USD spent. If not I will be disappointed but we know that is how IHG works (never promise, if promise always set the bar low enough to not be noticed).
