Munich - and do yourself a favour and take the train to go to the Christkindlesmarkt in Nuremberg for a day-tour. It's only ~70 minutes from Munich Main Station to get there and really worthy.
This! A really good use of your time and you will see two of Germany's great cities at that special time of year.
