256 is 25 rows of 10 plus a partial row of 6 seats.
PE:
56 is 8 full rows of 7
62 is either the same with an additional partial row of 6, or 9x7 with a single seat missing.
Maybe they are just putting in 1 lavatory for the entire Premium Economy cabin so they can fit those extra 6 seats?

or they are making the first row in the Economy section also Premium Economy seats...
You cannot do Y that way cause the last 2-3 rows will be 3-3-3 due to width narrowing at the end of the aircraft.
