Under your Conrad reservation page from your HHonors account, scroll down to see these options. Click on Upon Arrival "Order Now"



Then you will reach another page. Scroll down until you see something that is written as "Experience - The Luxury of Being Yourself-". Click to scroll the number from 0 to 1. Then press SUBMIT NOW at the bottom of the page! Done!
