My pref order would be:
1. BA
2. VS
3. DL
4. AA
5. UA

I've never flown Norwegian so can't comment on them. I'm not aware of any others.

Remember on prices to compare like with like. If you want drinks, UA will make you pay dearly. If you want to reserve your seat well in advance, BA will make you pay. If you want to check a bag, Norwegian will make you pay. And so on and so forth.

Finally, you can buy a little extra legroom on UA and I believe DL and AA. For much more legroom and seat width and better food and wine, BA, VS and Norwegian offer various versions of Premium Economy - sometimes not at a huge premium.
