Right, I got the NOR1 upgrade before I checked in. I am interested to see what they will do. It seems shady to take my certificates and then pull points 3 months later without any explanation. Even if I did get an upgrade at the desk and they were entitled to points then what happened to the certificates? Do you lose those too?
