I agree. Something needs to get JS a kick in the butt to make him clean up this dump here in Terminal C/D at IAD. I'm here at the United Club at IAD for the first time in a while and the best thing that I can say is that at least they put in some new chairs. Otherwise, it seems that sitting out in the Terminal A/B is better than sitting in the lounges in C/D. You even get a better deal on the booze by not being in the United Club.
