I suppose if you're already planning to be in London it's worth checking out, but this event is so ill conceived I can't believe anyone makes a special trip of it: a fetish-themed week in the heat of summer (such as it is in London) in one of the most expensive places to visit in the world, centered around a part of the city with no street life and little in the way of food or accommodation. Recon really cheeses me off sometimes, foisting this marketing ploy they made up themselves while ignoring major events like MAL and IML that enthusiasts actually attend. And it's way too close (but not close enough) to London Pride, which is a much more fun time to visit.
