The rear cabin is 10-abreast so the 18 extra seats roughly corespondents to the extra middle seat - so not much difference in pitch or total cabin space. The front cabin is 39 vs. 40 seats with similar lie-flat footprint so again, should be about the same cabin space. That points to Y+ on CI being 9-abreast.

If I'm right, this is going to be a pretty tight sardine can even in Y+.
On these numbers, the math suggests 8 across.

Y:

238 is 26 rows of 9 plus a partial row of 4 seats..
256 is 25 rows of 10 plus a partial row of 6 seats.

PE:

56 is 8 full rows of 7
62 is either the same with an additional partial row of 6, or 9x7 with a single seat missing.

So there might well be enough room in PE for the extra partial row, and still keep it 8 abreast. The extra row in PE is only partial, so that counters the extra 2 seats in the Y partial row.

So it fits at 8 across, and a single missing seat on the 9 across layout is very odd.

OK, perhaps my numbers are just wishful thinking.

PS: I would never intentionally set foot in a 10 across cabin.
