Some people abandoning return leg
My family and I are probably going to be doing a relocation flight later in the year.
When we do so - I'll need to go back a week later to 'tidy up' behind us. I'd normally just book a return flight for everyone and abandon the return leg - but in this case I'm not sure of the best idea.
We'll ideally be on one PNR (ensure seat selection etc) - but what will happen at checkin on the return if just I turn up?
Will they happily just check me in and ignore the rest of my family? Or am I going to get grief ("we can only check you in if the rest of the party are here")?
I'd rather avoid doing a TCP on two bookings if I don't have to.
