I thought the earlier reports were saying that they were letting First and Business class stay in the lounge until last minute to avoid this long wait? Well at least there is some hope on the Global Entry ...

I told them that most F passengers hope to have a coffee or a breakfast or give a call in a quite lounge or check their emails or try to use the spa-massage facilities before a flight. That it is a part of the service that they pay for and expect. But I was nicely and politely told to go to US immigration as "they offload at least 20 passengers a day when they arrive too late"

At US immigration, no fast track (it is US regulation, not EY) and long line.

The flight was 1 hour delay (like every single day this week was I told) because of the immigration issue.

After immigration no shop, no lounge, no café, no restaurant, ... just a little mobile coffee station.

Packed area. I think EY should have a lounge after US immigration or find a solution to fast track their premium passengers. I definitely don't want to check in at 8.20 to receive no facilities before 20 minutes after take of and have my flight probably delay anyway.

EY disappointed me. I will take the car to Dubai next time
