I checked in online for an Award Ticket booked via United but my first flights are operated by Lufthansa from Barcelona to Munich then Munich Vancouver also on Lufthansa. My final flight is with United from Vancouver to San Francisco.

When I went online on Lufthansa to check in they show all of my Lufthansa flights but not the United Airlines flight from Vancouver to San Francisco. On United they show my entire itinerary, Since United and LH are partners shouldnt their website be showing all of my flights.

Im assuming the Lufthansa agent will see my flight from Vancoucer to SFO and will be tagging my bag all the way to SFO and will issue my boarding passes. It is quite disconcerning to a newbie traveler if they dont see their entire itinerary and are not aware of what is going on.
