Dear All, anyone has an email address to Baggage Service Office in Pudong? My baggage has been lost during a China Eastern flight from Rome FCO to PVG ( stopover ) with final destination Hong Kong, on April 25th and probably is still in PVG. I want to send pictures of lost bag to help them to identify it.
