The suggestion of tray service is appreciated but I don't know that it will help with congestion. Can you imagine how many times we'll have to go back and forth to the galley to serve 141 people on our 800's? Just getting in and out of the galley while folks are waiting for the lav is difficult. Oh and I think I would pull my hair out if I had to respond via computer screen every time someone wants something. AS has trained our guests to expect a lot of service, I know we do more than the other major carriers on a transcon/Hawaii. (AS 3 full and water, others 2 and water) Cutting back doesn't seem like the answer either.
Wish I could make it better for us all, but short of the mid-lav, I'm not sure how.
