Points between The Cosmopolitan's Identity membership program and Marriott Rewards are transferable both directions. Points transferred from Marriott Rewards to Identity can be used for almost everything (rooms, restaurants, slot play, etc.). For both programs, points transferred in do not elevate tier status in the receiving program. To transfer points the request must be made with the outgoing point program.
