I flew in row 9 the other day a -700 series and it seemed very tight. I would have guessed no more than 30 inches assuming that it's 32 inches behind the exit row.
The minimum is 31", although many are 32", typically better in DEF due to the wheelchair storage behind the last ABC row of seats:
