People love to hate Rouge (and as I haven't flown Rouge and am not looking to either, ignorance may be bliss) but I don't see how your statement can be made seriously.

35" legroom in 319 PR is identical to 35" row 12 on mainline. Seats are wider rows 2-3 in PR since no armrest table stowage, but due to slimline it must be less padding. The pillow in Premium Rouge would satisfy my back just fine.

On Rouge you get (many seem to say amateur-hour) J service and an equivalent meal as mainline.

Rouge's deployment makes this unlikely but if you are ever seated in Premium Rouge and me in AC Y row 12, I'll gladly switch with you.
