You are still missing the point. It is very clear in the ToC that two people can not share one account.
I get less bent out of shape over this. DL for instance is supposed to abide by IDB and EU/241 rules. They obviously don't as they move from one consent order to the next for repeatedly getting caught violating it. Civil violations are not the same as criminal violations.
