Best way to describe the service here is lazy. Called twice to get them to come clean up our room service and its the next morning and nobody has showed up. Staff struggle to put on even a fake smiles and most look like they just want to go home. We were warned about all of this prior to coming so it's not bothering us as much as it normally would.

There is a new GM and he says that he is working hard to get things turned around and is embarrassed of the reputation that is out there
