I am happy to hear some improvements. I would say that my recent experiences varied quite bit if I should be not allowed to use 'inconsistency.' The foods may be marginally better in May than in April. The overall experience, especially at gate for carryon bag size check, is not improving. I still saw some rude gate agents. So, please do not make a premature conclusion with limited data points. Happy travels.
