I can select exit row seating (A319, row 9). I am aware of BA's carry on requirement that the second bag must be able to be stowed under the seat in front.

My question, how does this work for the exit row? Am I able to stow the second (small) bag under the seat in front, or does this bag have to be stowed in the o/h locker?
