I have done some extensive flying in the past month, and I have to say my experiences have been uniformly good. The food seems to have improved slightly, including ice cream sundaes again on transcons. With perhaps one exception, the FAs in the front cabins were gracious, even enthusiastic, and provided very good service. The only exception was not that bad, someone who seemed a bit burned out but did everything right in terms of service. And all my flights (six segments, two international and three transcon) were not only on time but arrived early.

I also noticed at IAD a sign about a "flyer friendly" class being conducted somewhere on the premises.
