I am pretty sure the RWs can tell you that meeting expectations is nice but not noteworthy.
I completely agree, and it used to be for the most part. Post merger it has varied widely. For me personally, today's flight was the first flight of the year where everything was perfect. I've had some good, some bad, and some that were almost perfect until we arrived at the gate 20 min early and sat there for 60+ min trying to get a gate etc, with the crew not speaking once in the 60 min and loads of people ending up misconnecting etc.
