DL is selling discounted F seats that are sometimes priced only slightly (e.g. $100-$300) above the current coach price and if you are doing last minute bookings, sometimes the coach price will be _greater_ than the discounted F (if it is available). Search here for "first class monetization" (FCM) to see how DL is aggressively selling F to the dismay of elite flyers expecting a free upgrade.
