If it's not being found then it isn't there. Wait a week and re-scan if you're really that worried - whatever it might have been, if it's malware of any kind then most of the reputable AV vendors will have caught it by then and a scan would find it. If it's not happening in other browsers then it's more than likely it wasn't malware. (Or if it was then it was written by complete amateurs.)
