Hi
Flying often to Abu Dhabi in F and C, I think EY is really badly organized for their premium passengers with this immigration system. A few days ago I checked in at 8.20 am 2 hours before the NY flight. At 8.45 I was in front of the First Class lounge and they told me that I have no time to the to the lounge even if the NY flight is at 10.20 !

I told them that most F passengers hope to have a coffee or a breakfast or give a call in a quite lounge or check their emails or try to use the spa-massage facilities before a flight. That it is a part of the service that they pay for and expect. But I was nicely and politely told to go to US immigration as "they offload at least 20 passengers a day when they arrive too late"

At US immigration, no fast track (it is US regulation, not EY) and long line.

The flight was 1 hour delay (like every single day this week was I told) because of the immigration issue.

After immigration no shop, no lounge, no café, no restaurant, ... just a little mobile coffee station.

Packed area. I think EY should have a lounge after US immigration or find a solution to fast track their premium passengers. I definitely don't want to check in at 8.20 to receive no facilities before 20 minutes after take of and have my flight probably delay anyway.

EY disappointed me. I will take the car to Dubai next time
