True but there is indeed something specific to DL, outside Skyteam rules : to access lounges on a pure domestic itinerary, you need a SkyClub subscription. Neither a 1st class ticket, nor a top-tier status in Skypesos grants you lounge access.
To the OP, you can still buy a day pass to go to DL clubs.
