Some airlines - notably AF (but also AZ for instance) - choose to go beyond this rule and also extend lounge acces on pure domestic trips but this is the exception rather than the rule.
True but there is indeed something specific to DL, outside Skyteam rules : to access lounges on a pure domestic itinerary, you need a SkyClub subscription. Neither a 1st class ticket, nor a top-tier status in Skypesos grants you lounge access.
To the OP, you can still buy a day pass to go to DL clubs.
