As a frequent flier I often find myself rolling my eye's or being generally annoyed at the things I see the occasional traveller do and say at the airport. I can imagine that it would be much more frustrating to deal with this on a more regular basis. I often have to remind myself not to be such an ..., and be patient and friendly with my fellow travellers. I find this especially bad if I am on a WS flight, or on any other airline of the proletariat

.
That said, anyone working in customer service should be nothing but accommodating to all of their customers, as they might wan't them to come back and bring their friends. AC can obviously employ methods to teach their staff to be friendly and helpful no matter what, and I'm sure they do have programs in place to do this, but obviously they need to increase the effectiveness. I'm sure the unions don't help in the slightest.
This girl is annoying, high maintenance, and self righteous. Bringing a 27" iMac is an abnormal thing to do, but AC should be delivering service with a smile with only one caveat, that she doesn't get in my way.
