I would go for Dropbox too, or any web mail that you can memorise. I have LastPass memorised, and from within it I can "launch" my other secure logins. (Also as described by Spiffster above with another LastPass feature)

The only problem with two factor authentication that I can see is that the OP it seems is planning for when he has lost everything else. Since the two factor will detect a login from a new computer, it will send a verification text to the mobile phone registered - which has probably been lost.
