Some of this really depends on what matters most to you. Some folk on here, if doing a TATL trip with one sector in CW and one in F would have the daytime in F and the overnight in Club, to enjoy the F stuff while awake. And I'd be the reverse - the best night's sleep I can matters to me given the pressure I live under.
What makes F different for me is a) it is a small and personal cabin, often with several empty seats of the 14 or less capacity, so b) it is quiet - when Club can have c.70 people in it. And c) with the PJs, the quietness, etc, if it goes well, you can be asleep by about 25 mins into an eastbound flight overnight, and awake at about 40 out of LHR, and that's just lovely.
But if you can do all that in the large capacity CW cabin without PJs, etc, and you want to enjoy all the daytime perks of F (which are lovely when it rolls out well), there you go...
Bottom line: work out what you need out of a long haul flight!
