Thanks for the clarification. The reason why I queried this; booked MAN/LHR/SFO in WT and we had pre paid for extra checked in cases. At LHR we got AUP to WT+ so entitled to 2 checked in bags ea. So in effect we had paid twice for our extra bags, would've avoided this if we had been got AUP at MAN.
