My understanding is that this particular "ransomware" is actually just a normal webpage with a bunch of annoying JavaScript on it. As soon as you close the browser, it's gone (assuming your browser isn't configured to automatically re-open tabs).

The fact that none of your antivirus or antimalware software found anything pretty much confirms this.
