I just flew through a couple of days ago on the way to JFK - there are two Global Entry terminals, though only one of them was working (the first I tried didn't do anything when I inserted my passport). I was the only one using them, though, so there was no wait.
There weren't any clear signs of what to do after you get the receipt, though, and unlike other times I've used it there was no open path to walk through. So, I just kind of wandered in front of the line to the closest agent who asked me the customs questions again and showed me a picture of my luggage. My wife had flown through a couple of days earlier and apparently she didn't speak to anyone...just walked through, so they might still be tweaking it.
As others have mentioned in the earlier threads there is absolutely nothing to do once you go through immigration...only the gate and a coffee kiosk. So, wait as long as you can before heading through. I made the mistake of following the announcements I heard as soon as I landed to proceed straight to immigration and sat at the gate for a couple of hours.
